Hotel Policies

  • Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
  • A deposit of 30% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
  • Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be gauranteed.
  • 14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
  • Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in.
  • Until 12:00
  • Babycots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
  • Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
  • We accept cash, bank deposits, and Western Union.
  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@sunnyhotel-thassos.com
  • Cancellation requests received 30 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded minus any banking/money transfer costs.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 30 days will receive no refund.
  • ‘Non-shows’ your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded
  • If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will NOTreceive a refund.
  • Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
  • Cleaning is provided for all studios/suites on a daily basis.
  • Towels are changed every two days.
  • Linens are changed every four days.
  • Small pets are NOT allowed
  • Smoking is striclty prohibited in all inside areas of rooms and apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
